Fabulous stay for a friend's birthday celebration. Concierge and accomodations for 28 of us. The fun included surfing, shopping, horseback riding, ATV riding, zip lines, waterfalls, chocolate making, a Mariachi band, fire jugglers, swimming pools, shooting pool, shooting tequila, golf carts, massages, delicious breakfast and dinner prepared by a chef and staff in our villa, a DJ and bartender and chocolate cake. Yum. And a 3 hour tour on a yacht that actually brought us back to where we started.
Our concierge Tia had a solution for every wish.

We had a great time on our vacation, largely due to Daniela and Matt from The Kings of Jaco. Honestly, Daniela really went above and beyond as our concierge to make sure we had a blast. They were very attentive to any needs around the house and also very helpful with things like tours, excursions, food suggestions, etc; I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using The Kings of Jaco's Short Term Rental services when traveling to the Jaco Beach area.

My experience was wonderful. The house was amazing and their team was very accommodating for our large group that traveled to Costa Rica. Cindy was very helpful because she remained accessible at all times of the day everyday, even checking in on us every morning. Casa Dulche was a great place for my family to stay! We woke up every morning to the sounds of the ocean crashing and the chefs making breakfast for us. The sunsets, surfing, food, and hospitality were amazing. Even before we arrived the communication was fantastic for planning. When we were there we had Erika as our day/night concierge. It is a full-on experience that starts the moment you book, with your own concierge and host (ours were Tia and Cindy) who will guide you and arrange for all your needs. Need a ride somewhere or need to get picked up from somewhere? Running out of beers? Need pool volleyball setup? Want activities planned during your stay? Absolutely anything, just call or send message. Lightening fast responses too. Every single morning the cleaning super-crew made it look like we had just arrived at the place, mopping and cleaning up entire place.
Tia and Cindy are simply amazing hosts. There was absolutely nothing they couldn't answer or take care of. 3 of the 5 stars are for them making our stay worry less and full of fun. Wish there were more stars to spare for the place itself.

My classmates and I reunited for the third time, and we chose to stay at King of Jaco via VRBO—it was an absolutely amazing experience! The location is perfect, close to all the attractions, and the house itself is stunning. Kat made the onboarding process seamless, and Erica was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to arrange all of our trips and travel plans. Kings of Jaco was by far one of the most organized trips I’ve been a part of. From the very beginning Kat was quick to respond via WhatsApp. Anything we needed she gave recommendations, booked All our activities. Couldn’t have asked for better or more efficient service. When we got there we were greeted by our concierge Tia who was also phenomenal. Everything ran on time buses picked us up brought us everywhere. The schedule was to a tee. Tia recommended bars/clubs, restaurants, anything we needed she got us. Would highly recommend for a bachelor party everyone had a wonderful time

Great place to stay but a little disappointed in how they conduct themselves professionally. They will nickel and dime you on damages. It is a little unethical. The outdoor areas of the house are VERY slippery if it rains so be careful but overall beautiful house.

Kings of Jaco lived up to the hype! My friends and I went down to Costa Rica for my Bachelor Party last weekend from all over the United States. Niina and Tia were the best and they showed us a good time and were very knowledgeable with any questions that we had. I love that they took the time to hang out with us and took us out, showed us around, and even went hiking with us! The Villa that we had rented was amazing, very clean and had a lot of amenities.
10 out of 10 I would recommend! Hopefully I can go back to Costa Rica soon 🙂

Our goup of 25 men spread out amongst 2 houses on the water had a blast. ATV, whitewater rafting, boat cruise, excellent dining experience, in house chef for dinner night, different club every night, and staff to support cleaning, security, transportation arrangements. Erica Gomez our Concierre was the best. She did a great a job taking care of any concerns or questions we had. she made herself available to us during our time there. she provided great recommendations for restaurants and clubs. If you book with kings of jaco ask for Erica. you will not regret it.

I wanted to say how amazing Kings of Jaco was for our group of 25! We rented the two Dulce Grande homes right on the beach and from even before we arrived everything was top notch! Kat who was our organizer before the trip helped with the itinerary and organizing everything for us and was simply amazing and very responsive. Our host when we got there Erika Gomez was beyond great! She was there everyday and night making sure everything and I mean everything went well. I couldn't imagine a trip this good without her help! Casa Macaw is an ideal location! We loved our week long family vacation. Tia planned our whole trip with wonderful fun full attractions. Everything was perfect!! White water rafting, fishing, horseback at sunset and surfing were all huge hits with our kids being 14, 11 and 8. Easiest vacation to plan because Tia took care of it all!!

Our experience with the people at King's of Jaco was fantastic. The accommodations were perfect, great location and comfortable. Kat did a great job pre-arranging all of our bookings. Once we arrived, Tia took over the concierge duties. She did a wonderful job arranging all of our requests from, golf bookings, stocking the condo with all of the necessities, organizing daily shuttles, booking dinner reservations and in room massages. We came as a group of 12 celebrating my brother’s Bachelor party with no experience traveling to Costa Rica or Jaco more specifically. Before you go to Reddit and do your research let me tell you that the pictures you see do NOT do this place justice. Casa playa del ray is absolutely gorgeous and from your back door you have the beach at your feet. I don’t know about you , but when I step on a black sand beach it feels much better than one you’d step out in Miami or Cancun. The waves are beautiful to watch and on Saturdays you see the whole town out on surfboards having fun.
As far as the facility itself, you feel like you’re in a villa. The rooms are clean with TV and strong A/C all surrounding the hot tub and pool (which are are cleaned daily). You walk into the main building and there’s a fully stocked kitchen, gas stove and dining area. We played pool and foosball sat on the patio played games! They have a huge grill so we took one night to grill out and have a family style dinner. It’s very conveniently located, being minutes to downtown and all the food, bars, clubs, etc. Whatever you’re looking for you can find it and pay maybe 3$ for a Uber.
But what really stood out here for us was the staff. We’ve travelled around the world but hats off to Tia, Kat, and especially Niina for treating us like family. We might be a stressful group sometimes but you all took it in stride and took care of literally everything we imagined. From our bartender Cindy to our own personal DJ with lights and everything, to organizing our boat trip, ATV, tables at the club, late night bites I mean I can go on. The best part is that they genuinely cared about us and you can really feel it. We’re sad to go but happy to know next time (and there will be a next time) we go to Jaco, we will only go if we’re with the KINGS!

Kings of Jaco really was the game changer for my trip to Costa Rica. Tia provided a concierge experience that took everything to the next level.
Upon arrival Tia immediately sourced a car rental for me which actually wasn’t easy to find, but she locked it down for me!!! Next she booked tee times for me and my party at the exclusive La Iguana golf course at the Los Suenos resort. Then after finishing our round, booked massages for us that immediately arrived at the house we rented. It was so luxurious and relaxing and most importantly the massages were incredible.
The house was exactly as anticipated. It was clean and expansive with no surprises and with all amenities and Tia was there when we arrived which was super helpful

We stayed at Casa Dulce for the second time in 2 years. The location is great: close to the beach and the town but far enough from the main strip to eliminate unwanted noise. The maids cleaned the condo around our, somewhat erratic, schedule. Tia, our concierge, was (is!) spectacular. She suggested activities, booked them for us, and arranged for transportation when we needed it. After an ATV tour where our clothes became too dirty to pack, she even found an inexpensive laundry service that picked up our clothes and returned them clean later in the day. All of this done day or night with a laugh or a smile! I have stayed at a couple of 5-star resorts in other parts of Costa Rica and did not receive the quality of service that Tia provided for us. We will certainly be back!

This team was amazing! From the start, Kat set the tone on her responsiveness and recommendations in establishing an itinerary for us during this trip. Upon arrival in CR, Kat then handed us off to our personal concierge, Erika, who was simply amazing! Erika was available for us during the entire trip, ensuring everything went smoothly. Starting from the pick up at the airport, to ensuring we were settled into the house, to setting up our daily chefs, to scheduling all our activities, arranging transportation every day, and even being available to help us pick up stuff from the pharmacy when a couple of guys got sick, she simply made her self available with a smile. Erika remained with us until the very last moment when the shuttle picked us up from the house to drive us back to the airport. This team ROCKED!!

Great experience (as usual). Location is great right next door to Casino but quiet. Tia was great at arranging transportation and excursions. Condo had the best sunsets right from the balcony. Appropriate for any type of travel groups - it is very comfortable. Personal chefs and massage therapists were amazing. Would recommend getting a golf cart.

I had an absolutely excellent stay in Jaco with this team. Upon booking, I was reached out to and offered proper transportation to and from the airport, chef services, activities, basically everything to make my stay easy and feel like the vacation I planned. What made it even better was our host Tia. Kings of Jaco crew was amazing!!! I highly recommend using them for as many concierge services as you can as they know the inside for all your needs. Eric, Kat and Tia were very attentive and made sure everything was perfect for our special event including private chef, DJ, site seeing tours etc. I will use them every time as well as tell all my friends to use them.

Kat offered us $50 of her own money 😂 because the owner of the boat said no. We asked for his info so we can speak to him directly, she blocked us. Shame on kings of Jaco, Kat and her friend the boat owner Alejandro.
Highly disappointing!
Before heading to Costa Rica we called around for a private catamaran. We came across Kings of Jaco and spoke to Kat who sold us on a luxurious catamaran tour. We asked all the questions about timing and what’s included. She told us 2 hour boat ride to island 5 hours on island and 2 hour ride back. Well that’s not quite how it went. We were picked up at our house and dropped off by our driver on a beach with no Kings of Jaco staff member in site. We called Kat as we were stranded on the beach and she said the owner Alejandro will arrive shortly. He did, took our money, cash…. $2450, bragged about the boat being an 2018 beauty, complete lie, we researched it. Old 2013 run down catamaran was the actual condition, and went on his way.
We got on the boat and began the long journey to the island. It took over 3 hours to get the to the island which is much longer than originally told. Once we got to the island it left it about 2.5 hours to eat lunch and enjoy the beach before it was time to pack it up and return which also took over 3 hours. What was suppose to be 4 hour travel 5 hours beach turned into 6+ hours travel and 2.5 hours beach. We asked the captain if he can go any faster, he was going to slow, and he ignored our requests while drinking our beers. We contacted Kat when we returned to express our concerns and she responded with “well you drank 100 beers you must of had fun” and insinuated we were drunk. First off most of the adults on the boat had a few beers and her crew happily drank and took the left overs. She also said it has never taken that long to get to and from the island. We asked to have some of our money refunded due to the lies they sold us of this excursions. She said she would speak to the owner, he refused. Not shocking as he showed up with a $40,000 Rolex on his wrist. Makes his money ripping people off. Shame on Kings of Jaco and shame on Kat and Alejandro. Do not use them for your vacation excursions

I had an awesome experience with Kings of Jaco from the day we booked our accommodation to the end of our stay. The entire team Kat, Tia , Kris were very helpful in supporting all our needs from pre arrival of groceries, taxi, tours , air port transfers etc. We had 0 problems on our trip. I highly recommend the true Kings of Jaco...

As soon as our group arrived at our house rental. We were meet with our beautiful, personable and professional concierge Kristel Rojas. She made sure we had everything we needed to settle in and get comfortable. She then let us know what were the best places to see and to eat and what excursions were available. She made sure our trip was safe, fun and enjoyable.
I look forward to returning to C.R. as soon as possible.
I would highly recommend Kings Of Jaco to everyone! Its an amazing country with great people and culture.

The experience we had was beyond perfect. We are very thankful for the entire staff including Tia, Kat and Krystel. Kar from the day we booked coordinated everything we wanted to do. Tia management and arranged to make sure we were doing great. Kristel was the BOMB! She told us about the good spots and everything we needed at anytime she was always there to help us. We wouldn’t have been able to it without her.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing King of Jaco's exceptional services during a memorable bachelor trip to Costa Rica. Their concierge, Erika Gomez, made planning excursions and dinners a breeze while maintaining a laid-back and enjoyable atmosphere. She effortlessly tailored our itinerary to our preferences, even when we had last minute changes/updates or assistance for my other friends stay in San Jose. She took care of every detail with professionalism and enthusiasm. Her knowledge of the local area and her infectious energy made her a joy to be around and she felt like she was apart of the group. We cannot recommend our concierge enough for their outstanding service, which truly enhanced our trip and made it one to remember.

We had a blast at our stay the house was exactly what we needed. The best part of the stay was our amazing concierge “ERIKA”. She always communicated and made our excursions painless. ERIKA was incredible, super positive vibes and great energy. She honestly felt like one of us. On our next trip to Jaco we will for sure request Erika and I recommend her with my eyes closed. Beautiful house located on the beach. Full gated community with parking for your vehicle. Very clean and secure pool is with in foot steps of you back porch. We came in June and Jaco is very quiet. We enjoyed walks on the beach at night and nice dinners in town for very reasonable rates. The people here are also great never once felt uncomfortable or unwelcomed. I would definitely stay here again no questions.

First of all, the "Blue Macaw" is an amazing vacation rental that exceeded all of our expectations. The property is stunning, with spacious and comfortable rooms, modern amenities, and breathtaking views of the ocean. The property was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The location is also perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions in Jaco Beach.
What really made our stay at the "Blue Macaw" even more special was the exceptional service provided by Erica, our concierge. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From recommending the best local restaurants and activities to organizing transportation and making sure we had all the necessary information to make the most of our time in Jaco Beach, Erica truly went the extra mile to ensure that our vacation was perfect in every way.
In summary, we had an incredible experience staying at the "Blue Macaw" and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation in Jaco Beach. And Erica was simply amazing, providing top-notch service and making our stay even more memorable. We cannot thank her enough and look forward to returning to the "Blue Macaw" soon!

Amazing place to visit! With the beach house front its something to definitely take advantage of. Black sand and clear warm water with such an unbelievable sunset. King of Jaco made everything to accommodating, we loved their service. Erika and the rest of the team made it so easy to go ATV (a must), shopping and dining a breeze. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Looking to return in the future.
